Abstract

With China’ entrance into WTO,the exported products of the enter prises often undergo anti-dumping measures.One of the most important reasons is that China is considered as a non-market economy country with a non-market economy status in law.After more than twenty years’ market-oriented reform,our country is still regarded as a non-market economy country,the reasons of which are complicated.“Non-market economy status ” will affect the smooth development of China’s foreign trade.On the other hand,it will further optimize Chinese market economy system.Chinese government and businesses should not only face up to anti-dumping charge positively,but also take basic measures to change the negative conditions caused by China’s “non-market economy status ”.
