Abstract
Due to opening up for over twenty years,our country has already transformed from plan economy to market economy successfully.But there is no unitary objectives standard to distinguish the latter from the former in international anti-dumping.In view of economic and political interests,some countries regard China as“non-market economy country”,and execute unfair reasonless trade in China who suffered great loss in the past,furthermore,the development of foreign trade will be further influenced seriously to China in the future.Our government and bussinessmen must adopt reply measure positively.
