With the rapid development of the economy and exporting trade,China meets with more and more Non-Tariff Barriers(NTBs).Now,China is the largest victim harmed by anti-dumping,and so-called economy status(NME) has become the core issue of Chinese companies to deal with anti-dumping investigations,so a rational view should be held when discussing the treatment of China's non-market economy status.
