Abstract

Objective To compare the positive rates of bile and blood bacterial culture in cholelithiasis and biliary infected person and to analyze pathogen resistance. Methods Venous blood was collected when cholelithiasis and biliary-tract infected patients hsd high fever and chills and bile collected during ERCP surgery to carry out pathogen screening and drug resistance analysis. Results Bile culture positive rate was 55.3%(73/132),significantly higher than blood cultures,24.2%(32/132)(P0.05);pneumonia Klebsiella,Escherichia coli,Enterobacter cloacae,Pseudomonas Pseudomonas,Enterococcus faecalis,coagulase-negative staphylococci were main pathogens.Gram-negative bacteria had better sensitivity to cefoperazone/sulbactam,imipenem,ceftazidime,yet higher resistance to oxazole/trimethoprim trimethoprim,cefazolin,ampicillin.Gram-positive bacteria had better sensitivity to ampicillin/sulbactam,penicillin G,erythromycin, yet higher resistance to vancomycin, nitrofurantoin. Conclusion There is a higher detection rate of pathogen with bile culture of cholelithiasis and biliary tract infected patients.Chinical medicine guidance should be carried out on the basis of susceptibility results against relevant pathogens.
