Abstract
Objective:Doppler ultrasound in prenatal whether umbilical cord around the neck and fetal safety condition.Methods: pregnant women emptying bladder,semi-supine,fetal umbilical blood flow monitoring.With the fetal heart monitor measured fetal heart,in fetal heart on the side,the 5MHz probe to detect fetal abdominal and fetal neck,the general detection of 3-4 point,looking for cord blood flow,confirmed that there is no umbilical cord.Results:in the 228 cases there were 47 cases of ultrasound in diagnosis of umbilical cord around neck positive.There is a close relationship between the level of description and umbilical cord around neck,S/D value of fetal distress in uterus and fetal prognosis,provides a method for monitoring safety,useful for prenatal monitoring,reduce the perinatal mortality.Conclusion:umbilical blood flow monitoring,measuring the S/D ratio of umbilical artery blood flow impedance,forecast the harm of cord entanglement.Fetal umbilical blood flow monitoring is a noninvasive,reproducible,simple operation,can timely,accurate diagnosis of fetal distress,it is important to predict the value of the clinical application of fetal prognosis,the early detection and treatment of perinatal fetal hypoxia,reduce perinatal mortality has its irreplaceable role in monitoring method.
