Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical value of umbilical blood flow monitoring in forecasting the fetal safety in uterus. Methods Umbilical Blood Flow Detector was used to detect the resistance index(RI) and the ratio of S/D of 206 cases 28~42 weeks pregnant women, and then dividing into the abnormal group(S/D≥3) with 96 patients and normal group(S/D3) with 110 cases;analyzing the pregnant outcome and the mode of delivery in both groups. Results The incidence rates of umbilical cord round the neck, hypamnion, gestational hypertension, fetal distress, neonatal asphyxia, and fetal growth restriction had significant statistically difference between the two groups. Conclusion Umbilical blood flow detection is a safe, reliable, and more sensitive indicators of predicting intrauterine fetal condition, which can guide the clinical early intervention and treatment measures, and improve the perinatal care quality.
