Research and exploration of problems in farmers' training and its relationship with adult education

The farmers' training is the requirement of promoting the transference of suburban labors and the suburban modernization and also the needs of constructing the harmonious society.However,the local governments have not fully realized the importance of the farmers' training.The companies care more about the practical work of the farmers while less about their training.Farmers are less aware of the necessity of the training and the training contents are not related to their work.The paper points out that adult education should promote the development of the farmers' training.
