A Study on Countermeasures of Educational Training of Farmers in Ethnic Regions

The key of fattening the pockets of farmers lies in accelerating the development of education for farmers in ethnic regions.Great efforts should be made to start projects of educational training of farmers in ethnic regions,speed up establishing the system of educational training of science and technology for farmers,and implement a strategy of giving priority to investment for educational training of farmers.Farmers' educational training should meet the needs of market and the needs to increase farmers' income.In\|depth reform of secondary and higher education should be carried out to train professional personnel at intermediate and advanced levels urgently needed in the countryside.Importance should be attached to enhancing awareness of educational training of farmers in ethnic regions and system of responsibility for educational training of farmers should be established.
