The Present Situation and Countermeasures of Farmers'Educational Training in Minority Areas

In China,farmers' educational course is under-developed in minority areas. It's a crucial point to speed up the farmers' educational development in increasing the farmers'income. Therefore the following measures should be taken:first,to initiate the project of farmers' educational training to promote the village cardres' educational level in science and cultures so that it can be the base to resolve the problem;Second ,to carry out the policy of national direct management of farmers' education in minority areas and speed up the construction of farmers' scientific and educational training system;third,to give a priority to the investment in farmers' educational training; fourth,to combine the market demand and farmers' demand of increasing income with farmers' educational training; fifth,to focus on the training of the middle-level and senior specialists in demand and intensify people's idea to serve the farmers in farmers' educational training.Finally, to establish the duty system in farmers'educational training.
