Abstract

In order to further improve the pertinence and effectiveness of education and training for farmers,a questionnaire survey was carried out on the education and training for farmers in Jiangxi province in 2012.Survey data showed that: in recent years,the works of education and training for farmers in our province have achieved certain successes,but it still should be strengthened and improved.To strengthen and improve the current work of education and training for farmers,on the one hand,we should strengthen the government’s dominant function,and increase the driving force of this work;on the other hand,we should improve the education and training form,and enhance the pertinence of education and training for farmers.
