Diagnosis of anti-infectives agents used in outpatients of our hospital

Aim To understand the situation of the anti-infectives agents used in outpatients of our hospital and offer a basis for rational use of anti-infectives agents.Methods Investigate every preseription be connected with anti-infectives agents used in outpatients of our hospital past year. calculation varieties of anti-infectives agents use,frequence use of drug,use manners,characterize use of drug in polidinic's departments. Fill in “the questionnaire of anti-infectives agents used” item by item. Finally, a comprehensive analysis was conducted.Results The anti-infectives agents using rate was higher(73.4%) in outpatients of our hospital , the main anti-infectives agents were β-lactams,fluoroquinolones,nidazoles and macrolides, most anti-infectives agents doses were relative rational. But the anti-infectives agents used for prevention was depended unduly. Conclusion Anti-infectives agents used for outpatients in our hospital is basically rational, but it existes impertinencies too, the measure directed against the existing problem should be worked out .
