Determination of Amygdaloside Concentration in the Extract of GZFL Capsules of Ethanol by HPLC

Abstract

Objective:To establish a method for determination of amygdaloside in the extract of GZFL capsules of 60% ethanol.Methods:HPLC method was used.Results:Amygdaloside had a good linearity in the range of 0.3125~3.125μg(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 99.23%,RSD=0.55%.Conclusion:The method is convenient and accurate with good reproducibility,and it can be used to determinate Amygdaloside in extract of GZFL capsules of ethanol.
