Abstract

Objective To establish content determined of Emodin in Huganning capsules. Methods HPLC was used. Results It was a good linearity within the range of 0.32~1.6 μg(r= 0.999 9)and the addition recoveries were 99.31% with RSD of 1.12%.Conclusion The method was accurate with strong specificity and good reproducibility for the quality control of Huganning capsules.
