Abstract

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Hongyuanda Capsules. Methods The mobile phase consisted of 0. 15% tetrabutyl ammonium hydroxide solution( with formic acid pH value to 3. 6)- methanol(87∶13),the determination wavelength was 256 nm. Results The linearity was good( R2= 0. 999 9),the average recoveries was 99. 62%( RSD = 1. 36%). Conclusion The method was simple,accurate with good reproducibility and can be used for the determination of Hongyuanda Capsules.
