Yangyin Huoxue Decoction Combined with Western Medicine Treatment of Diabetes and Hypertension Randomized Controlled Study

[Objective]Observe Yangyin Huoxue Decoction combined with western medicine treatment of diabetes and hypertension treatment.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,372 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups.Dietary requirements of edible salt,low fat foods,while conventional oral hypoglycemic and antihypertensive drugs.Control group,186 cases of metformin,750 ～ 1500mg / d,meal or postprandial oral effectively lower blood sugar;nifedipine,10 ～ 20mg / d,orally,lowering blood pressure.Treated 186 cases of Yangyin Huoxue Decoction(Shengshijueming 30g,Shashen,Maidong,Danshen 20g,Chuan Xiong,Taizishen,Zhimu each 15g,Sanqi 5g);1 does / d,decoction 150mL,sooner or later,oral and fumigation.28d continuous treatment in both groups as a course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,blood pressure,fasting glucose,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of a course of treatment,follow-up three months,to determine efficacy.[Results]treatment group 132 cases,effective in 54 cases,invalid 0 cases,the total efficiency 100.00%.Control group,76 cases markedly effective 84 cases,ineffective in 26 cases,total effective rate 86.02%.Treatment group than the control group(P 0.05).Fasting glucose in both groups improved in the treatment group than the control group improved(P 0.01).[Conclusion]Yangyin Huoxue Decoction combined with western medicine treatment of diabetes and hypertension effect is good,worthy of promotion.
