[Objective]To observe the self-made Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Tongluo decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy clinical curative effect.[Methods]40 cases were completely random design was divided into two groups.Two groups in positive control blood sugar(diet,exercise,orally or insulin) comprehensive treatment on the basis of drug use.18 cases of the control group oral on500ug,vitamin B1and vitamin B6every10,3 /d.The treatment group and 22 cases in the control group treated with self-made Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Tongluo Decoction in treating,decoct with water,juice300mL.150 mL,2 /d.Two groups after 3 months of treatment the curative effect.[Results]The total effective rate of treatment group85.56%,control group in the total efficiency of 65%,the treatment group were better than the control group.[Conclusion]Self-made Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Tongluo decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with.
