Huoxue Huayu Method Combined with Western Medicine Treatment of Myocardial Ischemia Randomized Parallel-group Controlled Studies

Abstract
[Objective]Observe blood circulation combined with western medicine treatment of myocardial ischemia effect.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,140 cases of outpatient visits in numerical order by randomly divided into two groups.Control group,70 cases of conventional western medicine,oral calcium channel blockers,anti-clotting drugs.Treatment group 70 cases of Huoxue Huayu,qi given Sijunzitang(Renshen,Baishu,Fuling each 9g,Zhigancao 6g,Salviae therapy,1 does / d,decoction 1000mL,sooner or later,oral;stasis give Xuefuzhuyutang(Danggui,Shengdihuang each 9g,Taoren 12g,Honghua 9g,Zhike,Chishao 6g,Chuanxiong 5g,Chaihu 3g,Jugeng 5g,Niuxi 9g,Gancao 3g,plus Renshen treatment;1does / d,decoction 1000mL,Sooner or later orally.Western medicine with the control group.28d is a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,electrocardiographic effects,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of a course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]treatment group 44 cases,effective in 20 cases,6 cases,the total efficiency of 91.43%;control group,31 cases markedly effective in 25 cases,14 cases,total effective rate 80.00%.Treatment group than the control group(P 0.05).ECG treatment group,40 cases markedly effective in 21 cases,9 cases,the total efficiency of 87.14%;control group,24 cases markedly effective in 26 cases,20 cases,total effective rate 71.43%.ECG treatment group than the control group(P 0.05).[Conclusion]blood circulation combined with western medicine treatment of myocardial ischemia and the effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
