Bushen Huoxue Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treating Diabetic Nephropathy Randomized Controlled Clinical Study

[Objective] Effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction Combined with western medicine in treatment of diabetic nephropathy.[Methods] 45 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group 24 cases and control group 21 cases.The control group was given the simple use of antihypertensive agents and hypoglycemic drug therapy;treatment in the control group were treated on the basis of Bushen Huoxue Decoction(medicinal leech powder,radix rehmanniae,motherwort,kudzu root,astragalus root,etc.),Shuijianbi,3 /d.In 8 weeks for 1 courses of treatment,after 1 course of treatment the curative effect.[Results] The total effective rate in control group 52.38%,the total effective rate of treatment group is 66.67%,the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P 0.05).Two groups of 24h the amount of urinary protein were decreased,the treatment group than in control group(P 0.01).Treatment of fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose and improvement of 2H was better than the control group(P 0.05).[Conclusion] Of Bushen Huoxue Decoction Combined with western medicine in treatment of diabetic nephropathy with remarkable curative effect,worthy of promotion and application of.
