Therapeutic effect of combination of Fuzhengkangai decoction and chemotherapy on lung cancer

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of combination of Fuzhengkangai decoction and chemotherapy on lung cancer.Methods 60 cases with lung cancer were randomly divided into control and treatment groups. Patients in control group (n=30) were treated by routine chemotherapy. Patients in treatment group (n=30) were treated by combination of Fuzhengkangai decoction and routine chemotherapy. Changed indexes of lesions and symptoms was observed in both groups.Results Relaxation of lesions in treatment group (83.33%)was superior to that in control group (56.66%,P0.05). Improvement rate of symptoms in treatment group (83.30%) was higher than that in control group (53.33%,P0.05).CD 3,CD 4,CD 4/CD 8 were decreased in treatment group after treatment.And CD 3,CD 4,CD 4/CD 8 were increased in control group after treatment.Conclusion Combination of Fuzhengkangai decoction and chemotherapy could improve and relax lesions and symptoms, and raise immune function.
