Observation of Fuzheng Kangai Decoction Improving Side Effect of Chemotherapy in Breast Tumor

Objective:To observe Fuzheng Kangai decoction improve the clinical efficacy of breast cancer chemotherapy side effects. Method:Randomized parallel-group method,69 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups Chi. Application control group of 35 patients CEF chemotherapy,the treatment group 34 cases of spleen cancer patients righting soup 100 m L,three times a day orally;chemotherapy usage,the same amount with the control group,treatment 21 d for a course of treatment,a total of four cycles of chemotherapy lines. To compare the clinical symptoms score,clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal reactions,bone marrow suppression,the cellular immune function related indicators. Results:In the third and forth cycle,the treatment group symptom score decreased significantly,while the control group scores increased,and treatment of the first two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P0.01),and the comparison between the two groups significant differences(P0.01);after treatment,the treatment group improvement rate was 74.3%;improvement rate was 58.8% in the control group. Have more to improve the quality of life of patients in both groups was significant difference(P0.05);after treatment group WBC and platelet counts before treatment,were reduced to varying degrees(P0.05),but to reduce the degree lower than the control group(P0.05),leukopenia grade treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P0.05),the two groups had no significant difference in platelet decline in grade(P0.05);gastrointestinal symptom scores in treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P0.05). After treatment,patients were T lymphocyte subsets(CD+3 CD+4)and immunoglobulin Ig A,Ig M decreased,and was statistically significant(P0.05)difference before treatment,but the treatment group decreased mild degree than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion:Righting spleen soup can improve the side effects of cancer patients during chemotherapy to reduce the side effects of chemotherapy,relieve symptoms and improve quality of life in patients with clinically significant effect.
