Abstract
Orthogonal experiment was designed to optimize the extraction technology with the content of total flavonoids as index, and the ratio of material, ultrasonic power, and extracting time as inspecting factors. The optimal extraction technology was the ratio of material to solvent of 1∶8,ultrasonic power of 70 W and extracting for 20 min, with the content of total flavonoids of 3.73 mg/g.The extraction technology is steady, safe, simple and suitable for extracting total flavonoids from Cercis chinensis Bunge.
