Abstract

[Objective]To study the optimal ultrasonic assisted extraction technology of flavonoids in the leaves and stems of P. begoniifolia. [Method]With 70% ethanol as solvent, ultrasonic assisted extraction equipment, the main factors influencing the extraction of flavonoids and their best levels determined by single factor experiment,by using L9(34) orthogonal test to determine the optimal extraction condition. [Result] Factors affecting the results of P. begoniifolia flavonoids extracted from primary and secondary ultrasonic power, extraction temperature, extraction time and solid-liquid ratio, the optimum conditions are ultrasonic power 350 W,extraction temperature 60 ℃,extraction time 30 min, solidliquid ratio 1∶ 20. The content of the extraction process conditions under jade grass stems copper hammer flavonoids was 38. 437 mg / g. [Conclusion]Test results of the optimal process conditions can provide the basis for the development and utilization of P. begoniifolia
