Abstract

Ultrasonic method was used to extract red pigment from Cercis chinensis Bunge..Orthogonal experiment was used to determine the optimal extraction conditions.Result showed the influential sequence was ratio of raw material to solvent ultrasonic power≈alcohol volume fractionextraction time. The optimal conditions were ratio of raw material to solvent 1∶20(g∶mL),extraction time 15 min, ultrasonic power 70 W and 85% alcohol when dry flower 2.000 g was extracted by twice.Ultrasonic technique was time-saving,high efficient and energy-reducing,which could be used to extract natural pigment from Cercis chinensis Bunge..
