Abstract
Objective To detect sera interleukin 6(IL 6) of 52 cases in esophageal carcinoma and investigate its significance. Methods Sera IL 6 in 52 patients of esophageal carcinoma and healthy people were detected by ELISA Test. Results Compared with the healthy people, concentrations of sera IL 6 in patients of esophageal carcinoma went up highly( P 0 01). The concentration variance of preoperative and postoperative sera IL 6 in patients of esophageal carcinoma have significant difference( P 0 05). Conclusion IL 6 may have positive correlation with the pathogenesis、development and prognosis of esophageal carcinoma.
