The dignostic value of homocysteine

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of the plasma homocysteine(Hcy) in some of diseases,and comparation and evaluation.Methods Detect the Hcy content of each 30 cases of coronary heart disease detection,30 cases of cerebrovascular disease,30 cases of malignant tumor of the metabolic,30 cases of leukemia and 30 cases of the diabetes nephrosis patient and 30 cases of the healthy peaple,and the statistical analysis of the relationship between the six groups.Results The Hcy of coronary heart disease,cerebrovascular disease group and the group of diabetic nephropathy was significantly higher than the control group(P0.05),The difference of malignant tumor with leukemia patients with the metabolic group and healthy controls was statistically significant.Conclusion Hcy is coronary heart disease,cerebrovascular disease,diabetes kidney disease risk factor,but whether Hcy for malignant tumor,leukemia risk factors,and can be used as Hcy differential diagnosis of coronary heart disease,cerebrovascular disease,and diabetes nephropathy and other disease index,still must further study.
