The article discusses the modern enterprise human resources development is a strategic choice for sustainable development of enterprises,summarizes the perfect human resources development security system, analyzes the management strategy,proposes only to attention to the interrelationship between the development of human resources and management strategy of enterprises,so enterprises can be made steady and long-term de- velopment.
