Abstract

Human resources are the most important resources in modern enterprises. How to effectively develop and manage human resources is the key factor for enterprises to be successfu. This thesis simply analyze the important of strengthening the human resources' development and management in Chinese software enterprises .Then ,the author, according to the problems lie in software enterprises human resources management, put forward some strategies to improve the human resources' management and development in software enterprises.
