Abstract

Human is main body of production and business operations of enterprise and important assurance to ensure the success of the enterprise in drastic competitions. From the position of human resources in construction market the paper analyzes the current situation of human resources in construction enterprises and the problems in the development and management of human resources. Based on the forming reasons author proposes some strategies to develop and proper utilize the human resources of construction enterprises.
