Clinical Observation on Schizophrenia Treated with Aripiprazole and Aloperidin

Abstract

Objective To assess the curative effect and safety on treatment of schizophrenia with aripiprazole and aloperidin.Methods There were 58 cases in each group(aripiprazole group and aloperidin group)who were assessed with PAIVSS,CGI-SI,BPRS,TESS,RSESE and side effect with a course of 8 weeks.Results There had similar curative effect in both groups.The PAIVSS negative factors in aripiprazole group were better than that of other with less side.Conclusion The aripiprazole group was better in both positive and negative symptoms with curative effect and safe.
