Effect of amlodipine besylate and benazepril on hypertension

Abstract

Objective To research the effect of amlodipine besylate and benazepril on hypertension.Methods 220 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group(110 cases) treated with amlodipine besylate and benazepril and control group(110 cases) treated with benazepril.The therapeutic effects were observed.Results The effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group.Conclusion It is effective to treat hypertension with amlodipine besylate and benazepril.
