Effect observation of benazepril combined with amlodipine in diabetes mellitus with hypertension

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of benazepril combined with amlodipine in diabetes mellitus with hypertension.Methods 126 cases patients of diabetes mellitus with hypertension were randomly divided into combination therapy group,benazepril group and amlodipine group,each of 42 cases.Combination therapy group were treated with benazepril tablets 10mg+amlodipine besylate tablets 5mg treatment,benazepril group were given benazepril tablets 20mg therapy,amlodipine group were treated with amlodipine besylate tablets 5mg treatment.Before and after treatment,compared blood pressure,24h urinary albumin level and adverse reaction of three groups.Results Blood pressure and the decreasing degree of 24h urinary albumin of combination therapy group were more obvious than those of the single drug group,the difference were statistically significant(P0.05);And no adverse reaction happened of three groups.Conclusion Benazepril combined with amlodipine can effectively control the clinical symptom of diabetes mellitus with hypertension patient,has a significant renoprotective effect,nice effect than the single drug,no significant adverse reaction,is worthy of clinical application.
