Observation on the clinical efficacy of amlodipine besylate and benazepril in treatment of hypertension

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of amlodipine besylate and benazepril in the treatment of hypertension.Methods Seventy four cases of hypertension were divided into the observation group(42 cases) and the control group(32 cases).The observation group was treated with amlodipine besylate and benazepril,while the control group was only treated with benazepril.Observation were carried out about the antihypertensive efficacy of both groups.Results The total efficacy rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(97.62% vs 75.00%,P0.05).After treatment,SBP and DBP of the observation group were both significantly lower than those of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion With the qualities of good antihypertensive efficacy and fewer adverse reac tions,amlodipine besylate and benazepril can currently serve as a priority on the treatment of hypertension.
