Reform of Collective Forest Property Right System and Management of Forest Resources of Putian City

With the deepening of the reform of collective forest property right system,which effectively protects forest resources and promotes forestry development,there is also new challenges and requirements for the current forest resource management system.It is necessary to explore and set up the management system adapted to disposal right implemented after forest reform.Therefore,measures for constructing effective protective system of forest resources,new-typed forestry cooperation system and rational forestry administration according to laws,new methods for timber cutting quota management are proposed.
