Abstract

The paper introduces the progress made by national reform of collective forest property right system,and summarizes the measures for counterpart reform of collective forest property right system as followed to actively push forward under forest economy,to reform patterns of forest management,to build the system of forest science service,forest element market,forest investment and financing system,forest flowing and forest resource evaluation system,to complete commercial forest cutting management and forest resource three-prevention system,to innovate forest managerial institution,and to widely popularize forest insurance.
