Abstract
Three cellulose derivatives,tribenzoyl-cellulose(CTB),tri(4-methylbenzoyl)-cellulose(CTMB)and tri(4-nitrobenzoyl)-cellulose(CTPNB)were ultrasonically prepared and characterized by IR spectrometry and eleˉmental analysis. The three compounds were used for thin-layer chromatographic separation of six chiral drugs and compared as a chiral stationary phase. Most of the chiral drugs were completely separated with CTB or CTMB as a stationary phase after optimization of mobile phase.
