Abstract
Cellulose triacetate was synthesized and coated on modified silica gel as stationary phase for HPLC.It was packed into a column of 250 mm×4.6mm i.d.under the pressure of 40 MPa.In the normal phase of high performance liquid chromatography, sixteen chiral compounds, including alcohols, acids, amines, amino acids and drugs, were resolved on this column.Six chiral compounds could be separated well.
