Abstract
In the nowadays situation of rule hot, the construction of sports legal system has been popularly concerned about by the scholars of sports theory. The author discussed the relationship between social transformation and legal system constructions in sports in 3 aspects as following:①the paradox between ideal and reality of sports legal system; ②the necessity of the fulfillment of sports legal rule on the basis of sports practices in China; ③the same attention should be paid to sports reforms and social stability required by the construction of sports legal system and its development.
