Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction procedure for the salvianolic acids of Salvia miltiorrhiza.Methods The optimum conditions of extraction process for salvianolic acids of Salvia miltiorrhiza was selected with the contents salvianolic acid B and salvianolic acid as indexes by experimental design.Results The optimal extraction procedure was refluxing extraction of salvianolic acids,and the Salvia miltiorrhiza was extracted with 30% ethanol times,1 hours per time.The contents of salvianolic acid B and salvianolic t were 57.7%,66.9%.Conclusion The optimum preparative procedure is reliable.Salvianolic acids were extracted completely,and it has the high economic benefit.
