Abstract

Objective To optimize the extraction technology of total salvianolic of Salvia miltiorrhiza.Methods Total salvianolic was extracted from Salvia miltiorrhiza by water.The effects of dry extraction rate and content of total salvianolic were examined by L9(34) orthogonal test.Results The best extration technology was to add 8 times amount of water,marinate 40 min,decocte 2 times,each time for 1.5 h.Conclusion This process is simple and suitable for expanding production.
