Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of ranitidine and omeprazole in the treatment of HP-positive Peptic ulcer,which made guidance for clinical treatment. Methods Selected 48 cases patients admitted to our hospital from February 2012 to September 2013 were divided into treatment group(given omeprazole)and control group(given ranitidine),the efficacy of two groups were compared. Results(1)The effective rate of treatment group(90.69%)was higher than that of control group(76.19%),the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05);(2)The adverse reaction of two groups had no statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion Omeprazole has a significant effects on treating HP-positive Peptic ulcer,which is worthy of clinical widely.
