Some experience as clinical instructor of eight-year medical program students

The eight-year medical progam is a new medical training mode in China,whose purpose is that all the eight-year medical program students can attain clinical doctor degree when they graduate.As clinical instructor,combined with the characteristics and training objectives of eight-year medical program students,we have tried to guide their thinking,learning and capability,emphasised on clinical thinking and scientific research ability,promoted medical English learning,and we have gotten good outcomes.
