Practice and thinking of eight-year medical students' tutor in clinical medical colleges

Abstract

Eight-year program is a new reform for higher medical education in China.Students who complete this program will get medical doctor diploma.According to characteristics of the medical students in eight-year program,this paper makes some conclusions about the tutor of eight-year medical education in clinical medical colleges and gives some advice,in order to improve the eight-year medical education.
