Abstract
The light green compact callus was developed from leaf explant of Petunia hybrida var. grandiflora when cultured on MS medium supplemented with 6-BA 1.0mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L for 3 weeks. When calli were transferred into the differentiation medium, MS + 6-BA 0.5 mg/L + 4-PU 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.1mg/L for 1 week, adventitious buds were formed. Transferred the buds with 3cm high into the root induction medium (1/2MS+NAA0.1mg/L+GA3 0.5mg/L) for 10d, roots were induced.
