Abstract
The advent of reverse genetics pave the way for researching RNA virus,which make processing and modifying RNA viruses on DNA level available,and in-depth study the nature of RNA viruses and develop new products.Since application of this technology to classical swine fever virus(CSFV),great progresses in pathogenesis,molecular expression and regulation mechanism,cell growth characteristics and virulence determine gene of CSFV had been made.In this paper,a brief review of reverse genetics in studying CSFV was summarized.It would be as reference to study the CFSV and develop ideal marker vaccine against CSF.
