Abstract
Classical swine fever, caused by classical swine fever virus(CSFV),is an acute febricity contagious disease, which has an important effect on pig-breeding industry of our country.Recently, great changes in prevalence and pathogenesis characteristics of classical swine fever have emerged. The non-typical or mild classical swine fever prevailed in many areas and pig farms, which makes the CSFV diagnosis harder. With the rapid development, molecular biology diagnosis has been widely used in the diagnosis of CSFV.To diagnose CSFV efficiently in clinical, molecular biology diagnosis for CSFV was summed up from Polymerase chain reaction technology, nucleic acid probe technology and gene chip technology.
