Research progress of genetic structure and functions, molecular biological diagnostic techniques, gene vaccines, and infectious full length cDNA of Classical Swine Fever Virus are summarized in this thesis. It can provide theoretical references for further studying on replication, virulence and its determinants, cell and host tropism, pathogenesis, functions of products of genes, attenuation and marker vaccine of CSFV.
