The Clinical Observation of Xingnaojing Injection in Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To explore the effect of Xingnaojing injection in treatment of cerebral infarction.Method:98 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups.The control group and the treatment group were both 49 cases.The control group patients was taken down fiber,intracranial pressure,anticoagulation,foundation treatment,symptomatic treatment,and cerebral circulation metabolism improvement of conventional treatment methods;the treatment group was on the basis of control group therapy combined with Xingnaojing injection by intravenous drip.Intelligence,consciousness and memory of two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group,there was statistical significance(P0.05).The control group's total effective rate was 62.31%;Treatment group's total effective rate was 87.76%.Conclusion: After taking Xingnaojing injection,clinical curative effect is safe,reliable,effective,and no drug related adverse reaction etc,so it's worth to promote and Clinical use.
