On the current situation and improving strategy of teaching levels for university and college teachers

The teaching level has always been deeply concerned as focus in universities and colleges;the current teaching level in their classrooms,however,does not allow us to be optimistic.Such problems as insufficient teaching ability,low teaching enthusiasm and stressing 'form' in teachers' training exist in university and college teachers' teaching.In order for teachers to essentially improve their teaching level,therefore,a cultural circumstance in which teaching is also academic must be advocated,teaching training must be paid close attention to,and teaching groups must be constructed.
