Training and promotion of university young teachers' teaching ability

This paper first discusses the necessity of training the teaching ability of young teachers in colleges and universities. Then it puts forward some suggestions for training of the teaching ability from the aspects of teaching materials, teaching methods and teaching philosophy. About materials processing, we recommend that teachers must choose the material according to the needs of students, explain some background knowledge and arouse their interests. On the teaching method, we recommend that teachers must pay attention to electronic resources of the course, provide the environment and guide students' learning. On teaching philosophy, we recommend that teachers should encourage students to discover problems to explore knowledge, and apply knowledge to solve the problems.
