Abstract
Objective: Determination of matrine and oxymatrine in Sophora flavescens from different regions by HPLC.Method:Chromatography was perfomed on a 5μm Waters Spherisorb NH_2(4.6mm×250mm)at 25℃.The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-ethanol-3% phosphorous acid solution(80∶10∶10)with a flow rate of 1.0ml·min~(-1).The detective wave is 220nm.Conclusion: The contents and proportion of matrine and oxymatrine in Sophora flavescens from different regions are very distinct, this can provides the foundation for the quality evaluation of Sophora flavescens from different regions.
